Ball provers calibration

We carry out on your site in onshore or offshore the calibration of ball pipe provers by the waterdraw calibration method according to the API 12-2-4 standard or using a master meter according to API 12-2-5.
We provide the necessary equipment: pump, hoses, fittings, pulses counter, tank provers and master meter, pressure gauges and thermometers with calibration certificates.
We also provide equipment for:
- extraction and transport of sphere (suction cups and extractor, net)
- sphere inflation and measurement (pump, hoses and fittings and circometers)

We are able to clean your ball pipe provers before calibration and only with clear water, which considerably reduces the cleaning time, saves you additional costs related to the use of solvents, and preserves the environment.

We have COFRAC accreditation n° 2-7290 for the calibration of piston/compact provers (scope available on www.cofrac.fr) according to standard NF EN ISO/IEC 17025, allowing the guarantee of rigorous work and of quality that we apply in all our fields.

Nous disposons pour cette prestation d'une accréditation COFRAC sur site n° 2-7290 (portée disponible sur www.cofrac.fr) selon la norme NF EN ISO/IEC 17025, permettant la garantie d'un travail rigoureux et de qualité.
Nous fournissons le matériel nécessaire : pompe, flexibles, raccords, manomètres et thermomètres disposant de certificat d'étalonnage.
Nous pouvons fournir également la ou les jauges étalons nécessaire, ou pouvons utiliser les vôtres (si celles-ci disposent d'un certificat d'étalonnage par un laboratoire accrédité selon la norme ISO/IEC 17025)
